We are delighted to announce Ryan Medina’s promotion to Senior Manager of Viking Aggregation Operations. In this role, Ryan will oversee Operations for Viking Asset and the newly established Viking Commercial and Residential divisions, working closely with the General Managers of Viking Asset, Simon Gwynne, Viking Residential, James Angus, and Viking Commercial, Cath Ryan. He will report to Rob Ryan, the COO and Group Secretary of Nationwise.
Ryan, who joined the Viking team in August 2023 as Operations Manager for Viking Asset, has been instrumental in establishing Viking’s processes, procedures, and operational structures, which have been crucial to Vikings’ growth over the past year. His journey from Operations Manager to Senior Manager is a testament to his dedication and the opportunities for growth within our company.
Under Ryan’s guidance, his team has seen significant growth, including three broker support officers and two credit officers. This expansion is a testament to Ryan’s strong leadership and the expanding scope of Viking’s operations.
Ryan has worked in the financial services industry for over 13 years. He started his career as a Credit Analyst and has held several broker support and management roles across various lenders and aggregation businesses. This experience has given him a solid understanding of broker and aggregation requirements, which has helped him succeed at Viking.
