Gus has a career spanning over 40 years and extensive experience in banking, finance, accounting, sales management and treasury operations.  He has held senior executive roles in ANZ Bank and Australia’s largest automotive retailer, AHG and was CFO at IDOM, a large multi-franchised dealership group.

Rob’s previous roles include General Manager Group Strategy and Growth for the Lending Association, and Head of Northern Region for the aggregator FAST. Rob has been in the broker channel for 29 years, in various iterations and roles including State Manager WA and National Manager for NAB Broker.

James is a seasoned financial services executive with over two decades of experience leading lending businesses and shaping strategic go-to-market approaches. His notable career includes a pivotal role at Macquarie Bank, where he co-headed Personal Banking Intermediaries.

Chief Customer and Information Officer

Adrian has over 20 years of experience in financial services, spanning finance, insurance, and wealth. He played a key role in relaunching Virgin Money Home Loans and has held leadership positions at NAB, Prospa, and Finstro. Most recently, he led the CX and GI divisions at one of Australia’s largest finance brokerages, Lending Association.

Chief Risk Officer

Don has 30+ years in Professional and Financial Services across Australia, the UK, and Zimbabwe.  He has held Chief Risk Officer positions at Aussie Home Loans and G&C Mutual Bank and was a lead Director at PwC for Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Don is passionate about driving growth through effective risk and compliance practices.

Chief Marketing Officer

A veteran of the Financial Services industry, Andrew is a seasoned marketer with both agency and client-side experience, including several years with NAB as Head of Marketing for aggregators PLAN, Choice, and FAST with a remit covering Marketing, Communications, Events and Public Relations.

Simon is responsible for executing Viking Aggregation’s core strategy. With an impressive 25-year career in financial services, leadership and business development, Simon is a true industry expert. His deep expertise in asset finance aggregation and consumer & commercial finance sales growth is invaluable to our partners.

With over three decades of experience in finance, Cath has led lending businesses, overseen corporate lending, and worked as a specialised finance broker. She is dedicated to empowering others in the field through education and mentorship, driven by her passion for making a positive impact in the industry.

May is an experienced Senior Finance Officer with over 13 years of experience in different industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Queensland University of Technology and had worked in Singapore for a few years before migrating to Melbourne. Outside of work, May enjoys travelling and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
